I am having Airtel prepaid life mobile connection bearing no:9748258914..One massage came for CHANGE of hand set since the same is not approved by GSMA by 7.4.13. I have complied the same on 9.4.13.morning.But my mobile connection has been snaped/disconnected. Requesting customer care to restore the same but in vain no body is listening.A typical answer i am getting ” your call is forwarded to our senior” and it is such a bitter responce from Airtel that no such senior is responding.This is the effiency of a private organisation.however do the needful at the earliest. thanks, from S.c.chakraborty/9748258914.10.4.13.(7.00 AM )
