We have purchased kitchen wall tiles in this shop. On 15-1-2015 we bought one box (9 sq.ft) and he charged 558/- Rs per box. On 17-1-2015, we bought 12 more boxes (108 sq. ft) and he charged 6480/- Rs. So, totally for 13 boxes he charged 7038/- Rs. The MRP on the box is 260/- per box, and for 13 boxes would cost me 3380/- Rs. He has charged more than double the MRP price. I called him to settle it but he was not ready for it. Hence I am raising the complaint.

We want the refund of ?3658. And also the shop owners have to to be penalized for malpractice.
