I bought a sofa from this local shopkeeper on 21st Oct 2013. At first he promised to deliver within two day, but delivered after 10 day. On receiving the the sofa I found rexine used in sofa is not same as shown at shop. when complained I was ensured about any problem will be taken care of. within two year. But rexine started to crack within one month only. when asked to change rexine of whole sofa he just repaired the cracked part and promised to repair further when problem arises. which again happened in the rest of sofa within next few month. two months ago when I asked to repair it. I was told that communication with rexine company is in progress but on Saturday refused to do any repair.

I want rexine of whole sofa to be changed with good rexine.
