Dear Respected Sir, Myself Digvijay Panday from Varanasi (U.P.). I bought a laptop from online marketing site snapdeal.com on 21st October 2014. I got confirmation mail on the same day. I have paid the required amount as was claimed by company. On 29th October upon enquiry, I was informed that the snapdeal was unable to deliver the product. I got confirmation mail on 5th November 2014 and was promised to returned back my money within 5-7 working days. They did not deposit my money. After passing 7 working days, I made a contact to snapdeal.com on customer care. They again promised me to deposit the money within 2-3 days. Till now I have called snapdeal.com customer care many time but they did not respond my request to deposit money. I had no option to mail or contact consumer forum. This is the only option left for me. For confirmation I have attached all the communication made to snapdeal.com. Please see in this regards.
In relief, I want my money back with proper interest which I have to pay to my Bank.
