They charged me 2500 rs for MTS data card,whereas the actual price according to it’s website was 1750.when i told they refused to pay back…after purchasing the network strength is very bad…they didn’t give me any instruction about recharging.so today i recharged 399 instead of 299 and all my previous balance got cancelled…so i called customer care…they kept me in hold…total duration was 45 minutes,which i ll pay…but didnot get any answer or what so ever…they are just looting people….please sir ….some steps should be taken against these fraud companies.

i want atleat 3000 for my loss and the pain they caused me…
