My previous complaint (94776.2.2014) booked on 6 / 20/2014 not yet solved, but on your website it has been showing that it has been resolved, till now I have not received my product, nor any information from the company, so I request your good office to do the needful to get my product or my money back, once again I am giving all the details for your reference. Datawind company representative Mr. Diljot Singh contacted me first time over phone on 12th July 2013 for purchase of UBISLATE 7C+, initially I was not interested, but he continuously called me again on 13th and 14th July 2013 for purchase of UBISLATE 7C+ with offered discount of Rs.200/-, also with assurance of receiving the product within one week. As he said I received the product on 20th July, 2013, but the product was not working. After many futile contacts to the company, they asked me to send back the product to their Amritsar office, and I will receive new working product, as they said immediately I have sent back the product but till now I have not received my product, it’s been one and half year, I have written may letters and I contacted them over phone, but all these are gone in vain, till now I have not received any product or my money back, please do the needful.
