Hello sir, i have a complaint regarding rediff shopping….. details of complaint : order : 10659510 i placed order for philips gc3720 steam iron but they sent me wrong product.i informed them that i received wrong product and they asked me to send back the product back to them….i sent back the product to them via dtdc courier (h35907470) and the product delivered to them successfully on22/11/2014….. they are not giving the refund for my product which they received…..i spoke to there customer support but there is no response from them….i request you to please help me in getting my refund… regards raja ravi chandra mob : 9052000xxx
