LOOP Raising Bill After Disconnection

LOOP was taken over by AIRTEL, and there was a news that all the LOOP subscribers wil be converted to AIRTEL Subscribers. Afterwards the deal got cancelled and the LOOP subscribers were asked to port to some other service provider.LOOP services were not been given from 28th October, 2014 and I got my no.ported to VODAFONE. Now LOOP has send me a BILL of my minimum billing amount + additional Rs.100 as misc charges. On non-payment of the same as no service was given they have disconnected my service.

1.That no bill should be issued to me for the month of November, 2014 as there was no service provided by BPL. 2.There was only incoming that to only from few other networks and which has caused to me a loss of business also. I should also be compensated for the loss of business. 3. Vodafone has now disconnected my service due to non-payment of BILL of LOOP. I want my service to be restored.
