I had placed the order for “RevAyur Minty Monty Mint Face Wash” 29th of September 2013. I had also paid for the product through net banking “document Attached”. Till since then i am waiting for the product and the same has not been delivered yet. Upon inquiring i was advised that the payment was not credited to their account so the product was with held and upon clearance from the bank they would process the order. In return i have also provided them the bank transaction receipt through email as requested by them. Since then till today i am being advised that their case manager “rakhi” would contact me and solve the issue. But never did i receive the call nor the product and i am calling them daily to only hear the same answer repeatedly. All required documents are attached. Please do the needful ASAP

I want the product immediately with in 48 hours or i should be compensated with 5 times the product value and additional 10 times the product value for hurting my sentiments and self respect.
