Hi All , Name- Shahid Bike -KTM 390 Model- 2016 Location – Whitefield Bangalore 560066

This is a serious concern I have with the Service manager and Supervisor in Bangalore Whitefield KTM service Centre. On Nov 30th 2017 I took my bike to the Service Station to get my bike repaired as the radiator was spoiled , I had raised the concern since I left my bike on 2nd service but the service technician just ignored it , the supervisor name in Prabhu and Advisor Pruthviraj informed on Nov 30th 2017 that they will replace the radiator and give it to me where I will have to pay just the Service Charges and the radiator will be replaced as its under warranty , and they said as they are busy for the day they will get it repaired the next week , I went to the Whitefield Service Centre Today i.e Dec 7 2017 early morning 10.00 a.m but Supervisor Name Prabhu refused to repair saying its a physical damage we can’t replace and you need to pay for the radiator , I told them when I came the previous week you investigated the bike and after that you promised me that you will replace it without any additional Charges , and today your telling I have to pay , and please note there were no physical damage done from my side . When I told them was I false promised earlier they refused and said not our problem .Im not liking the way they treat the customers false promising .I request you all to take strict action against this issue as we all are KTM lovers and this kind off poor servicing skills will really dip the brand value of KTM and fix the issue in my bike asap .
