I have purchased nokia lumia 1320 on 10 feb 2014. After using it for 2 months i saw many spot in the display. The very next day i went to nokia care dunlope they took my set and told me that you will get it back within 25 days but they fail to do so.

After repeatedly call them for few day today ultimately i got back my handset. They keep the handset with them for 29 day and do nothing. After receiving it i thought of checking its display that weather the problem is gone or not, i found the same problem i immediately showed it to the nokia care representative. They murmured and told shit and took the set inside the repairing room after 5 min he came out and told me that we cant do any thing we have send it to the repairing center and they have repaired and send it. Then i told them that i have payed 25000 for if you all cannot repair it them you replaced it. They suddenly screamed on me and to that you cannot understand simple hindi you just take your handset and go we can’t do any thing. This is my fate of owning an expensive Mobile Phone.
