On January 7th 2014 i have opted for Jobseek service provided by timesjobs.com by paying Rs 2750/-. Before payment I was informed that they will be sending me details of relevant jobs and as they have huge network they will surely send. During payment I have been informed that with in 48-72 hours i will be receiving a call from a relationship manager.But I have not received any such call.Finally after making hell lot of calls and writing mails i received an email on 15/01/2014 stating that my service has been activated and Ms Nikitha is person of contact.The reason for delay as informed by the to me is that my mobile number is not reachable.But i was taking to their customer care from the same mobile which they are claiming as not reachable.Ms Nikita mailed me stating that she will work on my profile…with out knowing my preferences i wonder how can you search jobs for me? Later after writing series of mails she called me and asked me to send my profile on 19/02/2014.I have forwarded my profile.Since then i received no mail from her regarding jobs. Though I wrote her many mails for none she has responded till date. I wrote them to refund my amount for which i received no response.From that date they started disconnecting my calls.

I lost my Rs 2750/-. For calling them to check my status i spent almost Rs 400/- as their customer care number is not atoll free one.

I want my amount to be refunded, which includes : Amount paid Rs 2750/-, Interest on this amount. Reimbursement of my telephone charges. Cheating case against timesjobs so that they wont under estimate the power of a consumer.
