I had made online payment of Rs. 14490 for Reviva water purifier.Product was delivered late ,after 3 weeks of payment.Installation and service charges were included in the payment amount.But,service person took Rs.75 to install and he was asking for Rs 500 to install purifier on wall stand,which is totally ridiculous.As , i had made full online payment.Customer care executive Kevin(9619328xxx) promised me to get the product installed free of cost.But ,this is not done.
I want Eureka forbes to either return me Rs 15000 as ,I had made calls of around 500 rupees in following up with their customer care people.Else,install my product on wall providing wall stand with no cost and free service as promised in their website.
