Ordered latestone.com a head phone during sale, of XIAOMI , which is received in defective state. But now they are saying “We highly regret to inform you that your order is not eligible for the Returns as no returns are accepted for the Orders placed on 3rd,4th,5th,6th & 7th of Jun’15.” According to the terms and condition it is not mentioned that defective product are also not accepted. I want that product should be replace and they can provide another piece of the same product , or if it is not possible then. Cost of product should be refunded
