Reliance Pro – Wifi dongle issue failed solve problems

On 27 th May 2015, I bought a Reliance Pro 3 postpaid Wifi dongle from Kolkata and activated it on 28 th May, from then to now I hardly connect the device to the network for 4-5 days. Several times I called to the customer care executive but they failed to solve my problems and even my complaint was not followed up with in the time limit 72 hours they told. Still now my device I couldn’t connect it to the network but there are no one from Reliance who help me . Please help me for justice

In the meantime they sent me a bill amount of Rs 283 but my question is that I couldn’t use the device, so why I pay this amount? This is not my fault that I intentionally not use it and blame.
