The Builders in Rewari is taking a large amount of Maintenance Charge. But not providing the services. 1. Group taking 2500/- Maintenance Charge. 2. Not providing 24 hour power backup which is promised to all residents at the time of Purchasing the Villas. 3. We don’t have an electrician for solving the electrical problems. 4. We don’t have clean water to drink. the water tank of society was very dirty. 5. Security is not in proper way. 6. No Club, Pool and other facilities are there. 7. Electricity charges are more than metro cities while this area is in rural zone. 8. No shopping facility are available for the whole society. We have to go to 10km for the house hold items. 9. There are many stray dogs who are dangerous for all the residents and there kids. 10. Cleaning is also an agenda. No sigh boards are available for the unknowns which shows that it is Platinum Villas Society. 11. There are many more problems which is not shown here and attached in the file.

We want to overcome these facilities which must be available in a society for all the residents. And we want to make our own Residents Welfare Association (RWA).
