Hello, My sister, Ms. Ruchi Chauhan, was operated for stone removal surgery at RG Stone Hospital, Gagan Vihar, Delhi-110092. Post operation of stone she was sent back home after keeping her at hospital for 24hrs. The next day she complained of having pain in her stomach. We took her to RG Stone Hospital (where she was operated) in the night where no doctors were available – so we have to take her to nearby Max Hospital, Patparganj, Delhi-110092. She was given a pain killer and some tests were done. After some basic relief we took her back home. Next morning we collected reports of tests done which confirmed stone yet present in her abdomen. We then took her back to RG Stone Hospital – where doctors refused to accept their mistake and told us to take her to Jaipur Golden Hospital, Rohini (with which they have a tie up) for further/advanced treatment – as they don”t have machinery to Operate stone. We had to then take her to Jaipur Golden and get her Operated and pay twice for the treatment. We were duped by RG Stone – we are now been made to pay twice for the treatment as well. Something that they didn”t diagnose well and could have been found at initial stage before Operating at the first place. There are several other cases I heard from people who are admitted there of such negligence with their patients too. RG Stone is fooling people only to make big bucks – no serving for the purpose. Please take necessary action.

Why would my kid suffer from pain and multiple surgery for doctors negligence. It is something that should have been diagnosed first before applying treatment. – Surgery without proper investigation shows hospital is only to make money not cure. – I should not be made to pay twice for something that hospital is not able to identify and cure in one go. And then make us pay for multiple treatments and surgeries.
