RichFeel Hair Transplant – Review

Dear Team, I am Avinash, i am currently staying in pune. Last month i had visited your richfeel branch to inquired about my hair transplant treatment in your wakad branch. Last month after consulting with your doctor Miss Sejal , i was planning to do my treatment and that time your executive suggested me bajaj finserv finance.They gave me information about finance and accordingly i was planing & discussing tentative dates for treatment and signed all the document. In the Month of july due to some reason i had inform to richfeel currently cancel my treatment. In the meanwhile i was not aware that my documents were processed or my file was logged for bajaj. Infact no message form nor even single mail from Bajaj not even from Richfeel that my all the process is completed & my file is logged in & my amount is disbursed to richfeel. At the Time of disbursement nobody even bother to inform the customer no communicate from your side nor bajaj. Suddenly today i.e 28th aug i got SMS for ECS deduction that will be on 5th Sep.2016 amount will be deducting from my bank account. I was surprised without asking customer how your team had process my document just sake of their incentive or target ? i need to ask you what is your process? what policy you have? before treatment your team called us so many times, so why they not intimate when they got disbursement amount from Bajaj? I haven’t received even any mail or call about disbursement I am seriously not happy with your process nor bajaj services hence i am planning to withdraw of your services as well as cancellation of my loan. I hope at lest at the time of cancellation i will get your proper support. Avinash
