Hi, I have faced very bad experience with Reliance Digital express staff, really they offered me JIO sim and told me this will be activated in 2 hrs. 2 days has gone, but I did not receive any message from call center. But the same has been activated for one of my friend who took sim out side within hour. how this is could be possible? why Reliance people are not active as like other service vendors? why don’t you take any action?

My Jio sim card verification is pending since one week. data is not activated as well as call isn’t activated.Do the verification as soon as possible. My no is 7988054463

Sir / Madam I get my jio sim from kc plaza Jammu. Now 14 days are going , still i didn’t get any kind of message and activation. Very disappointed with your staff. My jio sim number is 7006238095.
