Dear Sir /mam I am using Samsung J5 ,my mobile number registered in my Jio App is 789XX 10203.I am living in lucknow .I generated barcode 55552 688822 ,today at 6PM I went to My jio office situated at Jankipuram near Engenring college ,Lucknow where they said that this barcode has been redeemed by some one else. I was quiet surprised and met to the owner ,his response was very pathetic . I never ever thought that this type of mishappening can be with such a large and famous company. Pls look into the matter as there are several people suffering from same and advise me what to do now ??? thanks regards Dr.Shomit Lko

Sir I have moto g4 and my mobile no is 8087693069 on which my jio sim is activated. And my jio bar code ,55552971500 but the retailer said that it is redeemed. It means someone hacked it may be. Sir please block that sim because may be someone using it on my I’d. And sir please give some advise how to get new jio sim
