Hi Team, This is Udayaprasad Vakalapudi. I have taken Jio sim on 25th of September. It’s not activated. Actually, in the process of taking sim, WiFi of the agent’s mobile get disconnected. he said the process is complete and sim will get activate within 2 days. But, it’s not yet activated(20 days over) . We tried multiple times with the same coupon code on multiple occasions. But it’s saying coupon code is invalid.

At that time I have taken 2 Jio Sims. One of those is activated, failed one is not activated. Below are the details of inactivated sim. I Nazrul Islam is a consumer of your Reputed Company.I purchase a Reliance JIO sim on 24th sep 2016 and got a order no NO00000C0M89 on 26th sep 2016.But still My jio sim not activate.
I am complain many times from your customer care executive and I received many complaint number such as(SR000001U9U8,SR000001TJPT,SR0000020P3D).But still they were not resolve my issue.
So,I request you kindly do necessary step.
