I get token on 1/9/2016 for jio sim they gave me date on 15 /9 but still today they not provide sim. Or when we talk about sim to their management they say go out of stores.( Jio sim fokat me mil rah to aa jate) what is this ? Store on f.c rode shivaji nagar pune. No need to give jio sim but take responsibility to talk well or do good management its need you.

Dear Concern I purchased 4g samsung phone generated QR code for jio sim and visit everyday to relience store but heavy rush and improper distribution process at store is a reason that I still not get the sim. I tried almst daily and wasted almost 2 hrs daily but walk back every day. Please contact me on 80591 XX466

My complaint regarding jio is sim is not available in jamshedpur and jio sim providers sell jio sim in black . And charge 1000 for it which is bad for your company. So It’s humbly request that sim provider Behalf good with customers Thanks Bijay
