Dear Sir, I krishan chand purchased a JIO sim 1st Oct’2016, but till adte sim not activated till date, further today i am discussed with dealer regarding JIO sim activation. Then the dealer demands Rs. 200/- fees for JIO sim activation. So, please clear me JIO sim payable or free with Bar code. My issued no. is :7979980415 Please confirm the current status of my JIO sim.

I have taken jio sim on 26/08/16 and one month gone and had not activated. Document wrongly filled by your employee . The order no is NO0000 050EIR and complain again this order no is SR000 001J7AZ . When I visited to the store my previous filled document not found ,then get a new sim on 22/09/16 without barcode because I have attached with previous document which was not found. They told me that this will activate within 4 days and not yet happen so. Very very bad service from jio store silvassa dadra and nagar haveli 396230 . What to do now ? Worst service.

My Jio no 78884 09897. Sir I buy my sim through ekyc process I wait 2 days and not activated After 6 days when I reach digital express store they said me that your sim is on waiting.. My friends sim activate only in 1 day but mine activation pending why I don’t know So please help me to overcome this.
