RO failed work- customer care responds harsher

The RO failed work from the morning. My father(a senior citizen) has called the number given in the machine at 8 in the morning to ask for the service. He was told by the person who picked the call, to call after 10 AM to the office number. (Why provide a mobile number in the machine if it should not be reached is the first concern) Father has called again at 12.30 in the afternoon, when the representative who picked the call has told that he should have called by 10 itself that since its 12.30 already they cannot provide the service personnel and this might have to wait till Monday. When told that he had already placed a call in the morning, he was told why called before business hours. The office timings is only from 10.30 AM(which was not communicated before to us during any services) Later I took the call and explained the representative that parents are aged and this is a critical issue which they need to address by the day. Again I was told the same thing,that since its 12.30, I would need to wait till Monday. The resolution provided by the personnel was very much not serving the cause and later when I asked that I need to talk to her boss and that I am not satisfied with the service, another number was given. When called to that number, I explained the problems faces and answers given the reply was much worse than the one given by Rajeswari. I was asked,’ Do you think we are holding a bag and sitting waiting for your call?’ I have never seen anyone in a service company reply in this impolite a manner. The call was cut in the middle of the conversation with a reply ‘We will not provide you service, you are free to do anything with the machine’ for my question ‘We dont want the machine if this is the service you are going to provide, please take it back’

1.I want the personnel involved to apologize to my father for the way he was treated when he asked for service 2.I want them to correct their way of talking to the customer and stop giving misinformation by providing incorrect mobile numbers for contact. 3.Give us the right person’s details to contact to so that this kind of situation doesnt occur. 4.I want the company to train their representatives to talk in a polite manner with the objective as solving the problem rather than defending their incapability.
