i have been charged from past one year fr roaming charges wherin i m in my home netwok for Haryana…only issue is i m at border area and the H.p state is 5 miles away frm my house bt they still charge the roaming frm me which is really vry bad on reliance part to cheat people and make money…someone higher level plz check n help as this is been escalted past few times at customer care bt they are not able to understand the location issue of himachal n haryan as i live in pijore(haryana) and himachal is 7 miles aprx frm my house….i need some to check n resolve as the amount is mounting up every mnth fr the roaming charges…before i escalte the issue to consumer court as gt all the details billl to claim n make u guyz understand the value of money
