I have purchased a Motorcycle (TVS Apache) on dated 12-01-2014 from Agarwal motors Rudrapur (no. 9012889319) but I have not received My Registration Certificate (RC) and number plate yet while I have paid all the amount at the time of purchase. I called and went many time to ARTO but they didn’t give me satisfactory answer. I am also facing problem due to absence of RC and number plate by the policeman. I cant go to other state by my Bike. I have to pay penalty on the other state in absence of RC and number plate..
