My duster car was registered and handed over to me on 18-sep-2013 from Trident Renault, Palace road branch Bangalore, Karnataka. I am yet to receive my Registration Certificate (Smart Card), have approached the showroom and the respective RTO office but with no responses. After sales experience from the showroom is really pathetic, after a year and half struggle I am yet to locate my RC book. Would appreciate your immediate intervention and help me locate my Vehicle registration certificate.
