We had purchased a flat in Active Acres, the builders of which are Ruchi Realty. It was over a year back that we took possession of the flat, however have started staying in the flat recently. We had also purchased two open car parking space along with our flat. After moving into the flat we have realized that the car parking space that has been allotted to us is very far away from out towers. There are multiple residential towers in the society and our flat is in tower 3. However, our parking flat is near tower 4 which is quite a distant away. There are many residents who have got parking in front or very close to their respective towers. When we spoke to the marketing team of Active Acres, the basis of allotment of parking space, they said there was no basis. They claim that we should have asked for a better parking space earlier. When first purchased the flat we were told that we will be informed whenever the parking allotment happens. However, until the time of allotment there was no communication to the effect and we were just communicated some serial number of our parking space. It is after we shifted to the flat we realize that it is too far away and very inconvenient. Our complaint is we would like to know the basis of allotment of the parking space. Why is it that we were not informed about the allotments?

The simple relief that we want is that like others we should also be allotted a parking space which is near to our tower and for which we want have to walk a distant. We would also like to know the basis of allotment of the parking space.
