Samsung – AC is not functioning and the Service is not provided properly.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a New Samsung AC on March 29 2014. AC is not at all working from the day I purchased. I had contacted Samsung Customer care many times but none of them had sent a service person. After repeated calls to the customer care they have sent a service person but they are coming late in the night at 9PM. Even then also the AC is not working properly. I request you to please look into this issue. Thanks

I just want the company to take the AC and return back my money.
