iam vodafone post paid customer with mob no. 8237439xxx. i activated 3G data pack on 5/3/2014 after free data used by me I activated another 3G data booster pack of Rs 100 on 17/4/2014 to 4/4/2014. even though whatever extra data i used in that period charges are in added in my bill. also booster pack chages also added. i requested to them to remove that extra amount that added on phone also via email, but they dnt gives satisfactory reply to my query and my request.

i want them to remove extra amount from my bill they addded . pasaword of my bill is lank9371
