micromaxestore.com – Non-Delivery of Mobile poor response

Hello, I made an online order at www.micromaxestore.com for a Micromax A350 Canvas Knight (Black & Gold) on 17-03-2014 (Order No. 43509), which was scheduled to be delivered on 27th March 2014 as per the mail response received as well as online order tracking portal http://micromaxestore.com/ordertrack.aspx . I received a call from Micromax on 26th March 2014 as confirmation call and was promised that the order will reach me by 29th or 30th March 2014. When I didn’t received the order I wrote mails to service@micromaxestore.com which replied to me that I will receive the order on 3rd April’14, but as on today, i.e; 9th April 2014, I neither received the order nor any correspondence informing me about the status of order or any details.

Micromax should remove their estore portal (www.micromaxestore.com) immediately since they are unable to fulfill the request and also because taking the orders and not delivering it is a false commitment and completely unethical.
