I’m a customer of the HDFC Bank. I’m trying to log-in to the Bank’s Online system but it is down for several hours since this morning. I’m getting a message to retry after sometime and I’m irked by the same.

ICICI, HDFC and other Indian Banks talk and advertise of online / mobile banking but when a little more users try to login their systems crash and give server busy error message. In my opinion, at a time when the entire world is moving to scale-able on demand online services on the cloud, Indian Banks are still using the old client – server models for providing services. I’m attaching screenshot of the error message that I’ve got.
