We have a siemens hearing aid which is out of warranty. We had seen the advertisement of Sahara Speech & hearing clinic in the newspaper and they claim to be the authorised service centre for siemens hearing aid repairs. After we gave the hearing aid for repair, they charged us Rs 1000/- and claimed to send the hearing aid to Bangalore. The hearing aid returned to us after 20 days is still not working and their store is not a siemens authorized outlet. They have made false claims and are not even in a position to check whether the hearing aid is in order or not. They are not willing to repair this now and claim that the hearing aid is working fine. We now found a siemens authorized outlet and were informed that the hearing aid was not repaired at all in the first place

We want to be refunded Rs 1000/- paid to them for service
