I have purchased 7 watt compactible with B22 holder (6) led bulbs with a warrenty period of 3 years from Rohini Sector 3, NDPL Office vide invoice no 2569 book no 52 & 2025 book no 41 dated 29/11/12 and 19/12/12 respectively out of which (4) have started flickering within 1 month of purchase. I have already complained many times about it to Sahasra Electronics, Plot No.33 Jasola, Pocket-1, New Delhi-25. on customercare phone no 9650365509. My complaint no. is 79 dated 9/2/2013. But no one has yet replaced them. They always give time for next week.And on March,1,2013 they asked me to get the bulbs replace at their factory in Noida. This was a collaboration between the Delhi Govt. to provide LED bulbs through NDPL offices.If they could not provide the service at the nearest NDPL office why did they sell the 7 watt LED bulbs at NDPL offices. So replacement of 7 watt LED bulbs should also be provided at the same place. Why should we be going to the factory for replacement? And why would all the customers like us from Delhi go to the factory for replacements.

I want that they should get the lights replaced either at NDPL offices where they sold them or at my residence.
