Dear sir, i was buy a Spice mi-535 mobile form saholic.com via COD on Dt-1/1/2014. I was received this mobile on dt-3/1/2014 when i check this i found that some major defects on this mobile like-wifi, bluetooth & rinnger not working. Then i submit return form at saholic.com . then i got a mail that please check mobile at service centre when i checked this mobile at service centre they told me that it will goes back to company for repair. Then i informed saholic.com customer care they told me that please submit mobile & you can get mobile within 10-15days. We also track this for faster. Now there are 11 days passed when i contact saholic customer care they told me that please contact at service centre we can not do any thing. I also submit complaint at spice care.
