I have submitted an application for SAIL-MT on sail.shine.com. My payment of application fee in first attempt failed to redirect to merchant site even though I received payment confirmation from CCAVENUE. I visited the site after two days where it says that if your transaction have failed you need to make a repayment. Since my application status was pending so I made the payment and this I got confirmed status. When I didn’t got my money back I contacted on the email provided by ccavenue along with the transaction number but I didn’t get any response. Earlier even before making a repayment I had contacted on the same email to confirm my payment which failed to redirect. Then I contacted on contactus@shine.com about the issue whether they could provide me some contact of SAIL or if they can address it themselves. I got a email address which gave no response to my query. When I contacted SHINE again they gave me a different address which went the same way as former. Then I contacted them whether they could do anything or not, didn’t get any response from them either. Then I asked at bank they said there is nothing on their end. I even contacted CCAvenue providing transaction details they said that they don’t keep the money in this case since amount is transferred to the merchant(here www.shine.com) only they can initiate the refund. Then I again contacted SHINE about the refund. This time I was lucky I got a response from them asking the transaction details. Which I provided but didn’t get the refund. Since then I tried to contact several times asking what they have been doing but nothing until the recent one where THEY SAY “Please let us know what request are you talking about.” Since its been over six months now and I haven’t got even the assurance that they will refund my money back. From their recent response I don’t believe that they will do anything even now.

Since its been more than six month and there have been much of time and energy have been wasted here. I want the refund of my money with interest atleast.
