Samsung – 3D TV under service warranty, no response

I have purchased one Samsung make 3D TV online & seller has given the ServePro warranty. Seveprowarranty Customer ID is SSCRUI6513. Warranty Plan date was from 01/09/2013 to 31/08/2014. On 15/8/2014 I found problem in 3D TV function(Flickering problem during 3D operation only). I inform through helpline Toll free no. to ServePro but they were saying that problem may be in software so they asked for updating latest software. So I update latest software from Samsung website but problem was not solved. So they ask for giving contact number of any local service provider to them as their service center is not in my city area(Jamnagar). So I give the contact no. of samsung service provider but he was not responding to ServePro. So Servepro found other service provider but their rate is high so they put for higher authority approval internally. I had registered my complain in ServePro on 30/8/2014 with complain no. SRV:OL:083014-1. Even after so much long period my complain is not resolved & now they are not responding on mail & Telephone.So please do the needful for resolving the issue.

No economical or physical damage but mental harassment is their so I can not concentrate in my work.
