My name is RAGHAVENDRA PRASAD HN. My phone no +91 9634XX8387. I staying in Haridwar. Uttarakhand. 249408. I bought a Samsung A0 phone October 2015. It is working fine up until to may 19 2016. Than after phone was accidentally dropped into the water. After that battery didn’t charge, there fore I had given the mobile to service centre in order to be repaired charging. After a long waiting of two months I was delivered of the mobile phone on 4th August 2016. How ever to my disappointment the phone is completely dead and not at all working. Iam surprised yo learn that not only having waited besides spending Rs 16664.00, phone wasn’t completely attended to in your service centre. I am shocked to learn that how come the phone was delivered without being properly tested after having been repaired at your service center. Hence I request to you to kindly look to the matter urgently in order to redress my grievance. Thank you and looking forward to your urgent reply in this matter.
