Sir, we called service center for our AC which was not cooling.They came and said it needs gas filling and took our AC to their place for 2 days, for which we paid transportation charges both way.After 2 days they installed back our Ac and charged 3200 totally including transport charges..same day Ac was not cooling for which we called them back; they took 2 days to come and just inspect the Ac and the person said us , it seems gas has not been filled and he left.Now we have been calling them and customer care as well from 4 days , which is of no relief to us in this extreme heat…sir,I request you humbly with lot of expectations to take strictest action against these people, so that they should learn a lesson.

30, 000 rupees…Even this is lesser amount compared to mental and physical agony I and my parents are sufering since 2 weeks.
