i went to service center for auto call recording related problem.i was told to come two hours later to gather my handset.i received my handset disclose baklace ,dhakkan(to put sim card in it.) and got dhakkan damaged.i made complaint against this damaged backlace but for vain.later when i got male id. of company, i registered a complaint through it that to proved fruitless.thank you.

loss made by service center should be paid to me eiter in form of replacement of the damaged part or in cash.and proper punishment should be delivered to the accused service center for future lessons.
