My Samsung galaxy S3 handset which was given to Samsung Service center in nehru place for network problems repair work was damaged and was being returned to me when i refused to take their repair services. I registered a complaint with their customer care as well lodged under complaint no. 8453873979 Customer care team accepted the mistake and offered to me some discount on their unwanted services which i refused to take in lieu of the damages put on to my set by their service center
1. Return/replacement of the handset by a damage free handset as submitted to company for repairs. 2. Depreciation cost of the instrument as it has received due to market prices coming down for the handset. 3. Refurnish the cost of 2nd handset as i purchased from Korea for my use in month of June as company has not returned my original set and not even provided me a standby handset.
