he original complaint as hereunder: you have highly overcharged me & misleaded me.i had ordered a SAMSUNG GRAND QUATTRO MOBILE SET vide order no: OD30916014766 dated 16.9.2013 via my representative mr kaushik roy of kolkata.you have charged the set Rs 17299.00 and a bluetooth headset Rs 699.00 totalling 17998.00.the freebie worth Rs 1990.00 of sennheiser/jbl headset has not been given by the dealer though it is clearly mentioned as a brand redemtion offer in your invoice.moreso you have charged me heavily amounting to cheating a consumer.the market price of the set along with the free sennheiser/jbl headset is only 15000.00 (ref R G CELLULAR,golpark & at least 5 other samsung dealers in south kolkata) but you have charged 17998.00.to my utter surprise now the price highlighted in your website for the said brand is 15900.00.i have been cheated very badly.the price difference is 3000.00.in case you are not resolving my issue amicably within 24 hours by confirming the delivery of the sennheiser headset worth 1990.00 to my address along with a special voucher to purchase any product worth Rs 3000.00 from flipkart.com(the excess amount you have charged) i shall be compelled to take up the issue with core-consumer online resource & empowerment under ministry of consumer affairs & p.d & related consumer forums for justice.awaiting a positive reply from your end.
