Respected Sir, I purchased Samsung EVO 32 GB Micro SDHC memory card from e bay. Paisa pay ID 41879960416 on 11 February 2016(Rs 560) I complained in Ebay egaurantee. ebay.in to refund my rupees because of inactive micro sd card.(Claim ID 1718830) But as per the ebay telephonic discussion they told such that you have to go to manufacture (Samsung) for replacement for warranty and If Samsung will ignore the memory card replacement, then collect the DOA letter(ignorance) for the same and also told me that I reject the claim which was created by you. It is Samsung responsibility.

I also request ebay person to go through purchase channel ebay to manufacture Samsung for replacing the memory card, as suggested by Samsung service gandhinagar So I go to Samsung office for replacement of above memory card. at Satellite, Ahmedabad by own vehicle on 27 February 2016 ,but concern person of Samsung office said that this product is duplicate so we can not replace it. I also requested to give DOA letter as Ebay said but concern person of Samsung office said that if product is ours, then it is not our responsibility to give DOA letter.At that time I discussed the problem with E bay person and he commited that you will receive tha call in three days for the solution of the problem. But Ebay did not call me in three days. So I discussed above problem of (Samsung did not DOA letter for duplicate and product not related to them) with Ebay but they ignore me to give my refund of rupees without DOA letter and then further I called by customer care Ebay but they told with one day you receive the callfrom ebay to resolve the problem But Ebay did not call me in one days.So after one day I called by customer care Ebay so further they told that you will receive the call with in five days for solution. But they don’t give me any SMS or email to resolve the problem As seen above case Ebay take my case lightly or not take necessary step to refund my rupees Please take necessary action immediately to resolve my problem (to refund my rupees.)
