I have already been launch complaint against SUMSANG on 11/3/2014 at 11:11:11 PM and my complaint number is 118323.2.2014. I would like to inform that the status of my complaint show that (Your complaint has been Resolved) but still i have not received any resolution/ feedback of my complaint from your side. Kindly give me the feedback from SAMSUNG side so that will take further action.

I WANT REPLACE OF MY HANDSET.
