Datawind – Faulty & Wrong Tablet Delivery Poor Service

Through a telephone call from Datawind customer care in the last week of the Jun-2014, I had been informed about the offer of Ubislate 3G7 Tab. I shown interest in the offer and requested for details. In turn, I received a mail dated 28 June 2014 showing booking ID and specifications of 7CZ Tab. On the same day, I replied that ‘send 3G7 Tab or cancel my order. In the mean time I have been asked that your area is not comes under COD delivery, give another address then I gave my friend’s address who resides in Hyderabad. In the mid of July-2014 he received the tab after paying Rs. 3800/-and from him I received the tab on 04th Aug-2014 only in sealed condition in my place as it is a very remote area. After opening the box, I found that Tab is 7CZ not 3G7 and the touch screen of the Tab is also not working. Then I contacted to customer care and informed about the Tab status. They advised me to send the Tab to Gurgaon. In this regard, they had given me a mail with a Ticket No. 0805CH1446. Accordingly, I returned the faulty Ubislate 7CZ Tab through DTDC courier No.V16839612 on dated 12.08.2014 by paying Rs.300/- and the same has been received by your Gurgaon office on 14.08.2014. but till date, I am empty hand.

Refund of my money Rs.4100/- (3800 tablet charges+300 courier charges for return of faulty tab) and other suitable penalty on the company to settle the matter immediately. I do not want repaired tablet or any other product of Datawind/Ubislate as their product and service are worst and the same product is available in other online shopping sites viz Amazon and Flipcart in Rs. 3449.
