Capital First – EMI Paid, Executive Not Deposited in Account

I was having a Consumer Durable Loan from Capital First which was started from Dec 2013 and closed on Aug 2014, out this my EMI got bounce in the month of July 14 for which I have paid cash to their executive which he has collected from my house on 31 July 14. After a month till now on every alternative I have receive calls from there collection agency saying that my one EMI is not paid.On every time i have given my receipt no. to every caller but there is no revert from them saying that the payment I have paid is not updated in there system. Till date I am receiving calls from them and every time they use very abusive language on phone. My Loan account no. is 1654875

I want that this can resolve immediately as i have already paid the EMI so need the NOC from Capital First. I am attaching the receipt of payment which is provided to me on the payment.
