Micromax Mobile Repair Service Not Returning Handset

My cell Micromax Canvas2.2 A114 was showing an issue of continuous automatic switch off. It is in warranty period. In Nov 2014 it got dead so I submitted it to above mentioned service center on 29th Nov 2014. Expected time to get it back as per job sheet is 30 days. But it is more than 30 days, still no proper response from service center. Since my office is in Pune, I need to travel from Pune to Aurangabad for knowing the status because they don’t answer satisfactorily on call.

I want my mobile phone back with proper repairing. Also the economical loss I suffered during this period should be recovered.
