Inspite of repeated complaints my Samsung fridge is not rectified till date .I had purchased the fridge in november 2012 .and since then lot of water leakage is there and there is also no serial number at the back of the fridge . I have already made complaints regarding this and every time they send their technician he has a different story to tell.All the things inside the fridge is getting destroyed.i want a replacement of the fridge as it has manufacturing defect which the engineers r not ready to accept. The last technician who had come has already applied for replacement of fridge bit the head office denied his request. The technician himself admitted that the fridge need to be replaced. I don’t know what’s the problem with Samsung India to take action against my complaint.

Fruits, milk products and vegetables are getting decomposed as a result lot of money getting wasted everyday. calling up hundred times to samsung people is resulting in hike of my phone bills. My time and energy getting wasted by talking to them and making them understand my problem.

I want an immediate replacement of my fridge or Samsung can take back its product and refund my money back.
