On 6th of February i purchased a cell phone of samsung. the model is samsung glaxy a5.model no.is .sm-a500gzddinu from the day one echo and network problem arised. i went to mehar communication to get it checked and they found the same problem.that is eco and network problem.they kept the cell phone with all accessory with them and promised me to replace the phone.they promised me that D.O will be given to u within 2 days.but now 15 days have been passed nothing is being delivered to me.i felt cheated.nothing is in my hand.so please take stringent action against the mehar communication and Samsung India.

As there is manufacturing defect and same has been agreed by mehar communication and samsung india.so i want to replace it as soon as possible.
