I purchase new mobile on 20/02/2014 samsung galaxy grand 2.On 03/03/2014 found problem in displey some dot and liquid moving in th displey.i went the samsung care-thet rectifies the problem and tell me to kept the mobile for 1 week as they have to change the displey under warranty.i ask for the new mobile as it is just 10 days old mobile but they are saying that as per compny policy they have to repair it…. i got my repair mobile on 08/03/2014 after changing displey problem solved.but again that problem occure on 28/03/2014. i went to customer service centre they again say they have to change the displey under warranty and told me to kept the mobile for 1 week . At this time i refuse to kept the mobile and ask him to bring displey first and than inform me for changing.samsung care call me on 02/04/2014 and tell me that they have received the despley for change.i went there and change the displey & problem solved.On 20/04/2014 problem occure again at this time there is no displey come mobile-only we can heare sound.they take the mobile for repair and return back on 24/04/2014. Again problem occure on 25/04/2014 same dot in displey. these time i have given the mobile and tell tham i want new mobile this time….
I WANT NEW MOBILE OR MY MONEY BACK.
